About Us

Rooted in Perry.
Committed to Craft.

Yarbrough Piano Service has been a cornerstone of Central Georgia's musical community for decades. What began as a one-person passion for piano mechanics has grown into a full-service shop — but the philosophy never changed: every instrument deserves the same attention to detail, whether it's a grand piano or an upright.

We believe a well-maintained piano isn't just an instrument — it's a centerpiece of the home and a source of joy for generations. That's why we treat every tuning, repair, and restoration as if it were our own.

What We Do

Complete Piano Care

From routine tuning to complete restoration, we offer the full spectrum of piano services — all performed with expert hands and genuine care.

Piano Tuning

Regular tuning preserves tone and intonation. We recommend tuning at least twice a year, or more frequently for professional use and performance spaces.

Repairs & Regulation

Sticky keys, uneven action, or inconsistent touch — we diagnose and repair mechanical issues to restore your piano's responsiveness and playability.

Restoration

Breathe new life into an heirloom or vintage piano. Our restoration work honors the original character while bringing modern reliability and tone.

Piano Moving

Professional, insured piano relocation — whether it's across the room or across town. We handle uprights, grands, and spinets with the care they require.

Concert & Event Tuning

Performance-ready tuning for recitals, recordings, weddings, and events. We ensure your piano sounds its absolute best when it matters most.

Consultation & Appraisal

Buying or selling a used piano? We provide expert evaluation, condition reports, and guidance to help you make a confident decision.
